In an effort to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we will:
- wear protective gloves & sanitize these and our hands between moves,
- maintain 2m physical distance from you,
- maintain 1m physical distance between ourselves where possible. This may not be possible when movers are carrying an item together, when movers are passing items to each other, or when they are helping each other during the move,
- clean our truck & footwear with disinfectant spray between moves.
All our movers have been in self-isolation since at least the start of Lockdown, and have shown no symptoms nor have been in close contact with anyone known to have COVID-19 or anyone with symptoms.
If we’re unable to move you because of a change in restrictions for Level 3 or because of a shift back to Level 4 again, we can reschedule the move, subject to our availability. If we’re unable to reschedule, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
By booking, you have agreed to these terms and confirm that you have been following the NZ Ministry of Health guidelines relating to COVID-19.
